"Cracking local Spanish restaurant right on the beach. Paco, Manolo and the team really look after you every time you visit. Service is (generally) fast and friendly. Prices are very reasonable."

"This is my favourite restaurant in Son Caliu. Due to pure egoistic reasons I don't want to recommend it since I want to keep this restaurant for myself. Too often there are no tables left so everyone who reads this: please stay out so I can get my table at this marvellous restaurant. Service is very good, however the restaurant owner is always annoyed when I try to pay with Amex. We have played the the Amex payment game now for 20 years or so, but I will never give up :-) ... A vacation without Rincón Del Mar in unthinkable."

"We were recommended this restaurant by a local in Cala Vinyes, so we made our way to Palma Nova one evening on our holiday and it did not disappoint. The lovely staff found us a scenic spot, even though we didn't have a reservation (our mistake!) It such a relaxing experience dining there, with the gorgeous Son Caliu beach feeling like a scene in a classic movie. The food was delicious, we loved the grilled calimari to start and the seafood paella. The hake was heavenly, melting away in your mouth and the lemon sole was an epic meal. They have a great selection of desserts, with some traditional options. We spoke to the head waiter who was eager to recommend us his favourite treats and they were definitely worth the sin ;) We topped off our meal with tasty sangria. We loved the place so much that when our family joined us later on the island, we just had to take them there as well. The staff were all great, hard-working and very friendly. Between our two visits we must have been served by all the waiters who were all professional. We will remember Rincón Del Mar and look forward to returning there some day in the future. "Been coming here for Sunday lunches since I was a child, the paella and the Milanese are classics for me here. The food is nothing crazy fancy but it is traditional and it is just by the sea, and when tell you that you can spend hours here I truly mean it! Try it out!"

"I’ve been coming for a while and the place has got better … Carbonara was light and delicious … and the chocolate mousse equally so. Just an FYI - the mixed salad comes with tuna … so if you want a traditional mixed salad then you probably have to ask. Views are as good as ever…"
